Miley Cyrus, fired from Vogue, fronts Harper’s Bazaar
In the aftermath of her uber attention-getting performance at MTV’s Video Music Awards, twerking, foam-finger-flinging Miley Cyrus was reportedly fired from a planned Vogue cover shoot. But she’s on the cover of October’s Harper’s Bazaar. The magazine cover and interview were obviously finished before the VMAs but one quote seems prescient: “I was an adult when I was supposed to be a kid. So now I’m an adult and I’m acting like a kid†-- a twerking teen at that. [Harper’s Bazaar]
Target’s 3.1 Phillip Lim collaboration launched Sunday and on Monday, the big-box retailer and Peter Pilotto announced a collaboration that’s set to hit the store in February. It will include women’s apparel, accessories and swimwear, with most items priced under $60, according to a news release.
