TUESDAY
1982’s Falklands War made things rather awkward for a star Argentine footballer playing on an English team, as detailed on a new “30 for 30: Soccer Stories.” 5 p.m. ESPN
Those metal detectors for finding coins on the beach? “Time Scanners” use gear far more sophisticated to reveal some wonders of the ancient world in this new series. 8 p.m. KOCE
“Nick News With Linda Ellerbee” presents a kid-friendly investigation of a controversial topic: Using animals to test new products. 8 p.m. Nickelodeon
