Mat Franco’s Got Magic This new special documents the winner of the ninth-season “America’s Got Talent” as he prepares his new Las Vegas act, with encouragement from a bounty of celebrities, in this new two-hour special. Neil Patrick Harris, Heidi Klum, Jason Mraz, the New England Patriots’ Rob Gronkowski appear, along with fellow magicians Penn & Teller. 9 p.m. NBC
Cosby: The Women Speak More than a dozen women who claim that they were sexually assaulted by Bill Cosby discuss their allegations against in this new special. 9 p.m. A&E
The 5th Annual Streamy Awards The best in online video is recognized in this event held at the Hollywood Palladium. Grace Helbig and Tyler Oakley host. 10 p.m. VH1
