Dominion In this new episode, the Darkness overtakes the citizens of Vega, who are forced to live out their worst fears. William (Luke Allen-Gale) wrestles with the truth about his time in the desert, while Arika (Shivani Ghai) becomes the victim of her own scheming. Mat Franco’s Got Magic This new special documents the winner of the ninth-season “America’s Got Talent” as he prepares his new Las Vegas act, with encouragement from a bounty of celebrities, in this new two-hour special. Neil Patrick Harris, Heidi Klum, Jason Mraz, the New England Patriots’ Rob Gronkowski appear, along with fellow magicians Penn & Teller. 9 p.m. NBC

Cosby: The Women Speak More than a dozen women who claim that they were sexually assaulted by Bill Cosby discuss their allegations against in this new special. 9 p.m. A&E

The 5th Annual Streamy Awards The best in online video is recognized in this event held at the Hollywood Palladium. Grace Helbig and Tyler Oakley host. 10 p.m. VH1
