Baby Sellers In a departure from her usual comedic roles, Kirstie Alley stars in this new fact-based drama as the head of an adoption agency who traffics in black-market babies from other countries. Jennifer Finnigan plays an immigration agent who goes under cover to stop her. Nicole Munoz and Paul McGillion also star. 8 p.m. Lifetime

This Magic Moment Diane Neal plays a Hollywood movie star who stirs up a small town romance in this new TV drama. Travis Schuldt, Alaina Huffman, Vincent Spano and Charles Shaughnessy also star. 9 p.m. Hallmark
