The flood of exes just keeps coming in Stars Hollow.

After Wednesday’s announcement that both Matt Czuchry (Logan) and Milo Ventimiglia (Jess) would be reprising their roles in the “Gilmore Girls†revival, Thursday brought the news that both Jared Padalecki, who played Rory Gilmore’s (Alexis Bledel) first love, Dean, and David Sutcliffe, who played Rory’s father and Lorelai Gilmore’s (Lauren Graham) ex Chris, would also be appearing in the Netflix series.

Netflix also confirmed Thursday that Danny Strong, co-creator of Fox’s “Empire,†would be returning as Paris Gellar’s (Liza Weil) longtime beau Doyle McMaster.

But new faces to the universe are starting to emerge as well, with Netflix confirming Wednesday that Tony-winner Sutton Foster would be joining the cast. Though a newcomer to Stars Hollow, Foster is no stranger to the work of Amy Sherman-Palladino, having served as the lead in the “Gilmore Girls†creator’s short-lived, though much beloved, ABC Family show “Bunheads.â€

The actors join previously announced cast members Bledel, Graham, Scott Patterson (Luke), Kelly Bishop (Emily Gilmore), Keiko Agena (Lane), Sean Gunn (Kirk), Yanic Truesdale (Michel), and Liza Weil (Paris).

Though casting news abounds, still no word yet about when audiences can expect the as yet untitled “Gilmore Girls†companion series to debut.
