NYC 22: White House and Jackpot (Leelee Sobieski, Harold House Moore) try to rescue a pregnant woman and her husband who are trapped in a burning car and Lazarus and Tonya (Adam Goldberg, Judy Marte) guard a drug lab that’s been raided in this new episode (8 p.m. CBS).

30 Greatest NBC Olympic Moments: This new special airs in advance of the 2012 Summer Games (8 p.m. NBC).
Haunted London: This new special offers a glimpse of the Olympic’s host city’s macabre side, including the Tower of London and the shadowy streets once stalked and terrorized by Jack the Ripper (8 p.m. Travel).
MOVIES
An Officer and a Murderer: Based on the disturbing true story of Col. Russell Williams (Gary Cole), a high-profile Canadian air force officer, this new docudrama follows his rise through the ranks of the military even as he succumbed to shockingly violent impulses. Rossif Sutherland and Laura Harris also star (8 p.m. Lifetime). The special “Beyond the Headlines: Officer and a Murderer,” which documents the investigation, follows at 10.
How to Fall in Love: Eric Mabius stars in this new romance as an accountant, Harold White, who never left his teenage awkwardness behind. Brooke D’Orsay also stars as the woman he hires to help him come out of his shell (9 p.m. Hallmark).
