Shark Week: Not to be confused with Discovery Channel’s annual salute to the ocean predators, this new chiller is sort of a low-budget “Jaws” meets “The Island of Dr. Moreau.” Patrick Bergin, Yancy Butler and Josh Allen star (9 p.m. Syfy).
