Miss Angola wins Miss Universe

Miss Angola won Miss Universe 2011 on Sept. 12, 2011, in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Leila Lopes edged out beauties from Ukraine, Brazil, the Philippines and China as the pageant marked its 60th anniversary.
