In the Brooke Burke/David Charvet household, the score now stands at Girls: 4, Boys: 2 since the “Rock Star” host and her fiancee become the parents to a little boy.

“Burke delivered the baby boy at 11:31 a.m. on Wednesday, March 5, 2008, in Los Angeles,” says a rep. “He weighs 6.5 pounds and is 20 1/4 inches long. Both mom and baby are doing well.”

The boy, whose name has yet to be announced, is Burke’s fourth child, her first son after having three daughters. He’s her second child with Charvet after Heaven Rain was born to the couple in January 2007. Burke’s other two daughters from a previous marriage are Neriah, 7, and Sierra, 5.
