Location for countless sci-fi films courtesy of its otherworldly rock formations, Vasquez Rocks hosts an art form of a different kind as the L.A. County Arts Commission celebrates the opening of a new interpretive center with an art-making workshop. Guests will be invited to create rammed earth time capsules and contribute to a new public art sculpture.
