Justin Timberlake releases new song ‘Mirrors’ after Grammy performance
Justin Timberlake was busy Sunday night.
Early in the evening, the singer made his highly anticipated return to the Grammy Awards stage -- his first performance there since 2009, when he and Al Green filled in for Chris Brown and Rihanna -- with a lavish, sepia-toned performance of two tracks from his upcoming “The 20/20 Experience,†due out March 19.
Then he hit the Palladium for a sold-out concert at which he reportedly introduced a third new song, “That Girl.†Jay-Z also dropped by to deliver his guest verse on “Suit & Tie,†and shaky fan-cam video of the song is all over YouTube. (Timbaland also showed up for “SexyBack.â€)

But for a pop superstar slowly making his way back into music, that still wasn’t enough to satisfy the ever-ravenous buzz machine. So early Monday, Timberlake posted a fourth “20/20†cut, “Mirrors,†online -- and at eight minutes long, it’s basically the equivalent of two of his typical songs.
Listen to “Mirrors†-- which to Pop & Hiss’ Grammy-fried ears suggests like a cross between Timberlake’s “Cry Me a River†and “November Rain†by Guns N’ Roses -- below.
