Amanda Bynes charged with driving on a suspended license
Just when you thought you knew what was up with Amanda Bynes and the law, and felt prepared to start the weekend — wait, there’s more!
Bynes was charged Friday with two counts of driving with a suspended license, stemming from citations written Sunday, the day her BMW was impounded, according to TMZ. The “All That†star’s license was suspended by the California Department of Motor Vehicles on Aug. 25, and on Sept. 12 a judge ordered her to stay off the road.
After her car was impounded, she took a cab, so that’s something.
Bynes has an Oct. 29 court date in her DUI case — she was arrested in West Hollywood in April — and is due in court next week to discuss two hit-and-run counts against her.
One little thing we noticed on the citations posted by TMZ: Bynes is insured with Progressive. We imagine Flo is crying a tiny tear or two this afternoon.
Or is at least exhausted from calculating Amanda’s new, no doubt higher premium.
