Nathan Followill of Kings of Leon welcomes baby girl
Here’s some lovely news from the house of Followill: Kings of Leon drummer Nathan Followill is a dad!
The hot, bespectacled hipster welcomed a girl Wednesday with his singer/songwriter wife, Jessie Baylin, a rep for the couple said in a widely released statement.
First things first: Cheers, little Followill, you just missed the curse of the Christmas baby.
Secondly, Violet Marlowe Followill clocked in at 7 pounds, 13 ounces, and was delivered in Nashville.
Meanwhile, though the decorated musicians manage world tours and Grammy sweeps, never let it be said they’re not busy at home.
The band’s singer Caleb Followill welcomed daughter Dixie Pearl in June with his model bride, Lily Aldridge; in May 2011 Matthew Followill said hello to his son, Knox Cameron.
Jared Followill wed in September. Rock baby to follow, we presume.
Congrats to all the proud papas. Now give us a Coldplay-style diaper song.
