The first ever footage for the movie adaptation of “Suicide Squad†is out and it has a whole lot of footage of the two most important characters in the whole film: the Joker and Harley Quinn. The reaction was insane; “Suicide Squad†the film has yet to establish any sort of “feel,†understandable as the movie is still shooting and there’s not much fans can generate from leaked shot pics and the standalone cast image sent wide a few months back.

But this trailer changes all of that -- this actually looks like a pretty serious undertaking. From the ultra serious showdown soundtrack to the tension building cut-aways, Warner Bros. really wants you to know that these are the bad guys.

However, the only characters of real concern are Jared Leto’s Joker and Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn. And this is the very first look at both of them. It should be interesting to see how fans react, especially since the Internet’s reaction to Jared Leto’s reveal was less than favorable. However, we would counter that Harley looks pretty spot-on fantastic in this footage. But only time will tell.
