The ‘Legends of Tomorrow’ crew built Arthur Darvill a Dalek, because time travel
Rip Hunter, Time Lord? Not quite.
In "DC's Legends of Tomorrow," Arthur Darvill plays Rip Hunter, the Time Master who travels back in time to the present to assemble a team of superheroes in order to prevent a supervillain from destroying the world and time itself.
Darvill, of course, is best known for portraying Rory Williams in "Doctor Who." Rory was one of the Eleventh Doctor's companions, meaning he traveled through time with the Time Lord and faced his fair share of death during his tenure on the series.

It looks like fans weren't the only ones making the time-traveling connection of the two shows: The crew of "Legends of Tomorrow" welcomed Darvill with the comforting form of a Dalek to make him feel more at home. Darvill shared the image on his Instagram.
We'll leave you to imagine how a "Doctor Who"/"Legends of Tomorrow" crossover would actually pan out.
