Randy Houser engaged to ‘Runnin’ Out of Moonlight’ writer’s sister-in-law
Randy Houser is runnin’ out of the dating pool: He’s already locked down relatively new girlfriend Tatiana Starzynski as his fiancee.
The country singer, 39, and his 21-year-old lady are already making wedding plans, his rep told People in confirming the engagement.
Starzynski hails from Australia and is the sister-in-law of Houser’s “Runnin’ Out of Moonlight” songwriting collaborator Dallas Davidson, the magazine said.
Apparently Davidson’s family-fied stamp of approval is worth something. “He’s one of the coolest people you’ll ever meet,” Houser told Radio.com about his future wife’s brother-in-law. “He’s one of those people you want to hang out with too. He’s the typical dude you want to go have a beer with.”
Though People said the couple met through friends earlier this year, the Nashville Gab blog reported they’d been dating for only eight weeks. Nashville Gab also noted that Houser was “all over” Starzynski’s Instagram page, which is private.
It’ll be a second marriage for Houser, who pleased fans last weekend when he figured out how to play an acoustic set after stormy conditions shut down a music festival in Alabama. He and singer-songwriter Jessa Lee Jantz, who have 3-year-old son West together, split in 2014.
Houser will be one of the opening acts on Luke Bryan’s Kick Up the Dust Tour, which hits Irvine Meadows in October.
