Ludacris awarded primary custody of youngest daughter Cai Bella
Ludacris has been awarded primary custody of Cai Bridges, his 13-month-old daughter with Tamika Fuller, and the rapper says he’s “gratified†by the judge’s decision.
“After review of all the evidence, the testimony of the witnesses, the report of the guardian ad litem, and the claims made throughout this entire case, I am gratified that the judge found me to be the most fit and proper parent to have primary physical custody of our beautiful daughter,†the 37-year-old said in a statement Wednesday.
Ludacris -- real name Christopher Bridges -- and Fuller had been in a battle over custody and child support since early last year. It was a fight that got pretty nasty along the way.
The Atlanta performer and years-long girlfriend Eudoxie Mbouguiyengue got married in December, on the same day he proposed. They’d been dating since 2009.
Cai was conceived while the two were reportedly on a break from their relationship. Ludacris also has another daughter, 13-year-old Karma Bridges, from a previous relationship.
