The Toluca Lake home of actor Alan Thicke is for lease at $15,000 a month. Thicke is best known for playing Jason Seaver, the patriarch on the ABC hit TV show “Growing Pains” from 1985 to 1992.
The two-story Spanish Colonial sits behind electric gates on about an acre. The grounds feature extensive outdoor entertaining areas, including a lighted north-south tennis court, a poolside kitchen and shaded dining areas. There is a pool and patio area as well. The 8,685-square-foot home has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, a formal dining room, a media room, gym and guest suite.
The actor, 61, played Dr. Roskin in “RoboDoc” (2008).
