Jonathan Axelrod’s Sunset Strip-area home for sale for $2,999,000
Prolific TV producer Jonathan Axelrod has listed his Sunset Strip-area home at $2,999,000.
Axelrod has had a hand in countless TV shows and was executive vice president of ABC and Columbia Pictures Television. His producing credits include “Dave’s World†(1993-97), “Sex, Love & Secrets†(2005) and “Brother’s Keeper†(1998).
The home he is selling, designed by his mother, Joan Axelrod, has four bedrooms and four bathrooms in 3,033 square feet. It’s fully loaded -- chock full of amenities, including a projection screen in the living room, surround sound and multimedia in every room, and a detached guesthouse with a full bathroom and views of the city. There is also a pool and spa.
Axelrod, a former president of New World Pictures, produced “Against the Wall†(1994), which was directed by the late John Frankenheimer. Axelrod also produced “Can’t Hurry Love†(1995).
Billy Rose of Prudential California Realty and Chad Rogers of Hilton & Hyland, both of Beverly Hills, have co-listed the property.
