Patrick Painter seeks a final offer on Hancock Park duplex

“Final Offer” reality show star Patrick Painter has listed a property in Hancock Park at $1.649 million.
Built in 1927, the Spanish-style duplex with 4,841 square feet of living space sits on a tree-lined street. Original details include arched windows, coved ceilings and ironwork. Each unit has three bedrooms and 23/4 bathrooms. The upper unit also features a bonus room/office.
When not bidding on rare or historic items on the new Discovery Channel show, the 58-year-old art dealer runs a gallery in Santa Monica.
Public records show Painter bought the property in 2006 for $1.9 million.
