‘Desperate Housewives’ actress Teri Hatcher pines for a renter in Studio City
“Desperate Housewives†star Teri Hatcher is offering her gated estate in Studio City for short-term lease at $25,000 a month or long term for $30,000 a month.
In addition to the renovated two-story house, the fenced and hedged grounds include expansive wood decking and a swimming pool with spa.
The 4,106 square feet of living space incorporates an eye-catching color palate. Forest green cabinetry accents the kitchen, and the living room is filled with navy blue built-ins. The hardwood-lined master suite, one of three bedrooms, holds a fireplace and sitting area.
Sliding glass doors in the dining room lead outside, where a landscaped patio boasts a fire pit, a grill and outdoor dining area.

Hatcher, 53, won a Golden Globe and three Screen Actors Guild awards for her role on “Desperate Housewives.†Since the show ended in 2012, she has appeared in “Supergirl†and the CBS sitcom “The Odd Couple.â€
