Singer-songwriter Sia lists landmark house in Los Feliz after four months of ownership
Australian singer-songwriter Sia has listed her home in Los Feliz for sale at $4.995 million after only four months of ownership. She bought the Mediterranean Revival villa in June at $4.7 million.
Designed by Angelus Temple architect A.F. Leicht, who was known for his distinctive designs, the fanciful home features original 1924 details including ornate wood accents, stained-glass murals and elaborately shaped windows and ceilings.
A circular sunken sunroom adjoins the step-down living room. A rotunda entry, a dining room, a den/office, a billiards room with a bar, a library/study, six fireplaces, five bedrooms and four full bathrooms and a powder room are within 5,161 square feet of living space. The master suite features its own balcony.
The grounds of more than a third of an acre include a spa, gardens, fountains and lawn. Views take in the cityscape and canyons.
Sia, 39, has released six studio albums, including last year’s “1000 Forms of Fear” with the hit “Big Girls Cry.” She has announced her upcoming “This Is Acting” album.
Richard Ehrlich of Westside Estate Agency is the listing agent.
