Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne list 2 unfinished Hollywood Hills West homes
A pair of unfinished houses owned by Ozzy Osbourne and his wife, Sharon Osbourne, have come on the market in Hollywood Hills West at $1.999 million each.
The slightly larger property, at about a quarter-acre, contains a 2,538-square-foot Contemporary house built in 1961. The three-bedroom, three-bathroom two-story has a living room fireplace.
The smaller property, on less than a quarter-acre, has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,038 square feet of living space.
Both houses, on which remodeling was started but not finished, have a pool, a spa and a two-car garage.
Songwriter Ozzy Osbourne, 66, was the lead singer for the heavy metal group Black Sabbath in the early 1970s and went on to have a solo career. He recently canceled his Ozzfiesta in Riviera Maya, Mexico, planned for late May, due to upcoming surgery, according to the event website.
Sharon Osbourne, 62, is his manager and has been a co-host on “The Talk†since 2010. Their family life was the subject of the reality show “The Osbournes†in the early 2000s.
Jonah Wilson of Hilton & Hyland, an affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, is the listing agent. Offers must be submitted by 5 p.m. on April 6. The properties may be purchased together or separately.
