Filmmaker Mike Medavoy lists renovated house in Beverly Hills at nearly $15 million
Phoenix Pictures Chairman and Chief Executive Mike Medavoy and his wife, Irena, have listed a house in Beverly Hills for $14.995 million.
The East Coast-inspired Traditional main house and detached guesthouse sit on 1.85 acres of park-like grounds with canyon and ocean views.
The 8,829 square feet of light and bright renovated interiors feature a two-story foyer, a living room with a fireplace and French doors leading outside, a family room with a bar and a fireplace, a media room, seven bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms. There are also fireplaces in the formal dining room and library.
The grounds include a pavilion with an outdoor kitchen and barbeque, a swimming pool with a spa, expanses of lawn and a motorcourt. Two garages can accommodate five cars.
Medavoy, 74, has worked on hundreds of films including seven that won Academy Awards for best picture. Among the Oscar winners are “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest,” “Rocky” and “Annie Hall.”
