Marshall Lewy’s Los Feliz estate is staying in the television industry family.

The “Project Greenlight†producer in November sold the five-bedroom home to “Girls†writer-producer Murray Miller. The sale price was $2.825 million, or $125,000 more than the asking price.

A brick walkway approaches the wide front of the cream-colored home, which has sets of picture windows framed by mint-colored shutters and pillars wrapped in creeping ivy.

Inside, hardwood floors line the 3,674 square feet of interior space. French doors and custom built-ins are among the interior details. The center-island kitchen holds white cabinetry and built-in seating, and the adjacent dining room opens up to an outdoor brick patio with a pergola and fireplace.

Outside, a pool and spa are set among landscaped gardens.

The upstairs master suite, which holds a walk-in closet and freestanding tub, offers mountain and downtown views.

Lewy and Miller aren’t the only notable names associated with the home; it was formerly owned by Hollywood restaurateur Ollie Hammond.
