Kylie Jenner puts her glammed-up starter home in Calabasas up for sale
Wardrobe changes, love interests, homes — who can keep up with the Kardashian-Jenner clan? After buying a new $6.025-million house in Hidden Hills, 18-year-old Kylie Jenner has put her starter house in Calabasas up for sale at $3.9 million.
Purchased a year ago for $2.6 million, the young “Keeping Up With the Kardashians†star put her stamp on the Mediterranean-style house during her ownership, redoing the interiors top to bottom.
Ebony-stained floors and cabinets provide contrast against crisp white walls and molding. Designer tile, crystal hardware and modern fixtures further the bold contemporary look while creating visual interest throughout the 4,851 square feet of living space.
A great room with a fireplace, a modern chef’s kitchen with a center island, a movie room, five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms lie within the two-story floor plan. Abstract decorative panels top a circular dining area.
The master suite indulges with a sitting room, a walk-in closet and a separate accessory closet — likely a must-have amenity among the fashion-forward family. Another bedroom has been fashioned as a glam room.
French doors off the common areas open to a covered loggia and a swimming pool and spa. A fire pit and a built-in barbecue with a wet bar fill the grounds.
Tomer Fridman of Ewing Sotheby’s International Realty holds the listing.
Jenner appears on the series “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,†which centers on the lives of her siblings, in-laws and parents, Kris and Caitlyn Jenner. She launched the makeup line Kylie Cosmetics this year.
As for her new house, it’s an East Coast traditional with room to move. The two-story house sits on a 4.5-acre lot with a swimming pool and covered patio. Six bedrooms and seven bathrooms lie within more than 7,000 square feet of interiors.
