Music manager Jordan Feldstein looks to cut a deal in Beverly Hills
Hollywood talent manager Jordan Feldstein, whose clients include such musical heavyweights as Maroon 5 and Robin Thicke, has put his home in the Trousdale area of Beverly Hills for sale at $12.995 million.
The Midcentury home, designed in International Style by Robert Skinner in 1962, is visually dramatic with clean lines, steel-framed casement windows and walls of glass. Vaulted ceilings, skylights and an open-concept layout create a sense of light and unbridled room flow.
A two-story great room with a wall fireplace, a dining room, a lofted den/office, a home theater and a chef’s kitchen are within more than 6,300 square feet of living space. Five bedrooms and six bathrooms include a master suite with a sitting room and a walk-in closet.
Living areas open to a sunken terrace with a fire pit and swimming pool. Lush landscaping, palms and privacy hedges surround the nearly one-acre property.
The home last changed hands a year ago for $11 million, records show.
Rona Passman of Hilton & Hyland, an affiliate of Christie’s International Realty, holds the listing.
Feldstein, the older brother of actor Jonah Hills, is the founder and chief executive of Career Artist Management. In addition to Maroon 5 and Thicke, his artist roster includes Big Boi and A$AP Rocky.
