Actor Jon Bernthal of ‘Walking Dead’ lists storybook-style charmer in Venice
Actor Jon Bernthal of “Walking Dead” fame and his wife, Erin Angle, have listed their quaint cottage in Venice at $1.895 million.
Built in 1926, the country English home is in the whimsical storybook style that became popular in that decade. The charming two-story has original hardwood floors, a curving staircase, a breakfast nook and a wood-burning fireplace.
Four bedrooms and three bathrooms are within the 1,874 square feet of living space.
French doors open to a back deck with a built-in barbecue.
Bernthal, 38, has appeared in such films as “The Wolf of Wall Street” (2013) and “Fury” (2014) as well as the television series “The Walking Dead” (2010-12) and “Mob City” (2013). This year he is in the miniseries “Show Me a Hero” and the upcoming crime film “Sicario.”
They bought the property five years ago for $1,012,500, public records show.
