Jay Mohr and Nikki Cox shed an income property in Woodland Hills

Actor-comedian Jay Mohr and his wife, actress Nikki Cox, have sold a home in Woodland Hills for $1.025 million, or $75,000 over the asking price.
The 1940s Traditional-style house had been used as an income property over the last decade and was most recently offered for $3,500 a month. Cox bought the property through a trust in her name in 1997 for $390,000, records show.
Sitting up from the street, the home has two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and a little over 1,500 square feet of living space. Features include bamboo wood floors, curved picture windows and butcher block countertops in the kitchen. Two fireplaces are found in the living room and den.
Outside, there are brick patios in the front and backyard. Mature trees and landscaping fill the grounds.
Mohr, 47, is known for his film appearances in “Jerry Maguire” (1996) and “Pitch Perfect” (1997). He later appeared as the title character on the sitcom “Gary Unmarried” and was the creator and host of NBC’s “Last Comic Standing.”
Cox, 39, gained fame in the 1990s for her role as Tiffany Malloy on the sitcom “Unhappily Ever After.” Among her other credits are the shows “Nikki,” “The Jake Effect” and “Las Vegas.”
