Hot Property: January Jones making a move out of Los Feliz

January Jones of “Mad Men” has put her place in Los Feliz on the market at $1.495 million.
The gated Mediterranean was built in 1923 and sits on a modest 6,500-square-foot lot. Among features are hardwood floors, a living room fireplace, French doors, a front patio, a breakfast area, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a service entrance.
The updated kitchen has an island, marble counters and stainless-steel appliances. There are views of the Griffith Observatory and the surrounding hillsides from the 2,200-square-foot two-story house.
Jones, 36, has been a regular on “Mad Men” since it started in 2007. Her film work includes “Seeking Justice” (2011), “Unknown” (2011) and “American Wedding” (2003).
She bought the property in 2009 for $1.02 million, according to Trulia, which spotted the listing. Trulia also reports that the actress has bought another home in Topanga for $1.7 million.
