Actress-model Gretchen Mol and her husband, filmmaker Tod Williams, have sold their home in Venice for $1.91 million, or $215,000 over the asking price of $1.695 million.

Tucked behind fences and privacy hedges, the 1914 Craftsman is entered through a mint green-colored front door.

Inside, white-walled living spaces include a formal living room with a fireplace that opens to the dining area. An updated kitchen has Carrara marble countertops, an oversized island and a breakfast nook with built-in seating are within a single story.

Including a detached studio, there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms in nearly 1,600 square feet of space. French doors off each bedroom open to the outdoors.

A deck, a paver patio, lawns and mature landscaping fill out the grounds.

Diana Braun of Compass was the listing agent, according to the Multiple Listing Service.

Mol, 43, has film credits that include “Donnie Brasco†(1997), “Rounders†(1998) and “3:10 to Yuma†(2007). She had a recurring role in the HBO series “Boardwalk Empire.â€
