Actress-model Gena Lee Nolin of “Baywatch†fame and her husband, retired professional hockey player Cale Hulse, have sold their home in North Scottsdale, Ariz., for $1.865 million.

The Spanish-inspired contemporary, built in 2001, sits on about a half an acre in the DC Ranch area with wide city and mountain views. Large formal areas with stone accents, slate flooring and beamed ceilings highlight the 5,725 square feet of living space.

Among the features are a game/media room and a center-island kitchen with a breakfast bar and a tiled backsplash. The master suite, one of five bedrooms and four bathrooms, sports a pair of walk-in closets, a soaking tub and a private sitting area with a fireplace.

Nolin, 43, is best known for her role as Neely Capshaw on the lifeguard action-drama series “Baywatch†(1990-1999). Among her magazine appearances are covers for FHM, Maxim and Playboy.
