Delta Goodrem puts her Hollywood Hills home up for sale at $4.2 million
Australian singer-songwriter and television personality Delta Goodrem has put her home in Hollywood Hills on the market for $4.199 million.
She bought the house six years ago from “Whose Line Is It Anyway?†performer Brad Sherwood for $3.1 million, records show.
The Mediterranean-style home, built on more than half an acre in the hills above the Cahuenga Pass, sits behind gates and has a large motor court.
Among features are hardwood and Travertine floors, a formal entry with a wrought iron staircase and a step-down living room with a fireplace and 30-foot ceilings. The approximately 5,100 square feet of interiors includes a chef’s kitchen complete with four ovens, a butler’s pantry and a marble-topped island.
The master suite, with plum-colored wallpaper and crystal chandeliers, has a fireplace and sitting room. There are five bedrooms and four bathrooms in all.
Glass doors open to a covered patio, an outdoor fireplace and a swimming pool with a spa and waterfall feature. Views take in the cityscape, mountains and canyons.

Goodrem, 31, has released four studio albums and has had such hits as “I Don’t Care,†“Lost With You†and “Innocent Eyes.†Among her television credits is the Australian soap opera “Neighbours.â€
She is set to coach on “The Voice Australia†for the upcoming fifth season.
