A.J. McClean puts his Los Feliz place up for sale
A.J. McLean of the Backstreet Boys has put his home in Los Feliz up for sale at $1.795 million.
The three-story Mediterranean, built in 1958, has been reworked for entertaining to feature an open plan and outdoor space. The living room has built-in shelving and an office nook. The updated kitchen includes a wine refrigerator, a center island and stainless steel appliances.
There are three bedrooms, four bathrooms and 3,244 square feet of living space.
The backyard contains covered patio space, a fireplace and a barbecue.
The singer-songwriter-actor, 36, has been with the Backstreet Boys since their inception in 1993. They released the album “In a World Like This†last year and have been touring. He started acting as a child and has been on Disney and Nickelodeon shows.
McClean had listed the house a couple years ago for just under $2 million.
