Actress Kelly Rutherford sells house in WeHo for $980,000

“Gossip Girl” actress Kelly Rutherford has sold a house in West Hollywood for $980,000.
The Spanish-style bungalow, built in 1926, features a wood-floored living room that opens to a dining room with a skylight, an updated kitchen, two bedrooms and 1.75 bathrooms. The deck contains a bar and a built-in barbecue.
Rutherford, 44, starred on “Gossip Girl” from 2007 until the final episode in December. She was also in the series “E-Ring” (2005-2006) and “Melrose Place” (1996-1999).
The house had been leased at $4,700 a month. Public records show Rutherford bought the property in 2005 for $1.25 million.
Michelle Ficarra of Rodeo Realty in Beverly Hills was the listing agent. Carmela Orti of Keller Williams’ Hollywood Hills office represented the buyer.
