L.A. Auto Show: 2014 Aston Martin Vanquish turns heads
British carmaker Aston Martin brought its sleek luxury sports car, the 2014 Vanquish, to the Los Angeles Auto Show.
Featuring a 6.0 liter V-12 engine that cranks out 565 bhp at 6,750 rpm and a new carbon fiber body, the first customer-ready cars will be delivered to the Americas during the first quarter of 2013.

The new $280,000 Vanquish can go from 0 to 60 mph in four seconds flat and hit a top speed of 183 mph.
“Vanquish is the ultimate expression of Aston Martin design ethos, engineering innovation and technical ability,†Ulrich Bez, Aston Martin chief executive, said in a statement. â€It offers luxurious, continent-crossing capability and pure driving excitement without compromise.â€
It has been a busy three months for the Vanquish since initial unveiling at the Monterey automotive week in the summer. The new car has appeared at events across North America and Canada.
At the show, the new Vanquish can be found at the booth of Van Nuys car dealer Galpin Aston Martin.
