Take a fountain-side seat at Julian Serrano’s newest Vegas venture
The most anticipated Vegas restaurant opening of 2015 has happened: Lago by legendary chef Julian Serrano is now open at Bellagio.
Lago is an Italian eatery from the award-winning, Michelin-starred Serrano, who already has several highly successful Vegas Strip restaurants.
Serrano offers up small, savory Italian dishes, including antipasti such as carpaccio and bruschetta, fresh pastas such as risotto and gnocchi, pizzas, a raw seafood selection and impressive main courses like osso bucco and a 1-pound bone-in rib eye.
Toronto-based interior design firm Munge Leung designed the space using the Italian Futurism movement as inspiration. Said Serrano: “As people step into Lago, they will be embraced in a setting that is energetic, engaging, approachable and fun — all inspired by the sights, sounds and flavors of Italy.”
