Oklahoma City — Jason Richardson’s basket from the foul line with 0.7 seconds left completed the Suns’ rally from a 10-point deficit in the final 3 1/2 minutes, and Phoenix snapped Oklahoma City’s nine-game winning streak with a 104-102 victory Tuesday night.
Amare Stoudemire scored 30 points and Richardson had 20 points and 13 rebounds for the Suns, who were without two-time MVP Steve Nash, sidelined by back and abdominal injuries.
Kevin Durant scored 36 points for the Thunder.
