Records: Dolphins 5-5; Bills 3-7

When: Sunday, 10 a.m.

Line: Dolphins by 3. Over/Under: 39 1/2

The Bills are finally figuring out how to use receiver Terrell Owens. He could have a big day at home, especially when matched up against rookie corner Vontae Davis. Bills 20, Dolphins 17.

Cleveland at Cincinnati

Records: Browns 1-9; Bengals 7-3

When: Sunday, 10 a.m.

TV: none. DirecTV: 705

Line: Bengals by 14. Over/Under: 38 1/2

Bengals are looking to rebound from a shocking loss at Oakland, whereas the Browns are discouraged after the 1-2 humiliation of a shutout by Baltimore and a loss at Detroit. Bengals 26, Browns 16.

Indianapolis at Houston

Records: Colts 10-0; Texans 5-5

When: Sunday, 10 a.m.

TV: Channel 2. DirecTV: 706

Line: Colts by 3 1/2 . Over/Under: 48

The bid for a perfect season could end for the Colts, who have won their last four games by a combined 10 points. The Texans gave them a scare in Indianapolis three weeks ago. Texans 31, Colts 21.

Tampa Bay at Atlanta

Records: Buccaneers 1-9; Falcons 5-5

When: Sunday, 10 a.m.

TV: none. DirecTV: 707

Line: Falcons by 12 1/2 . Over/Under: 46

Matt Ryan is 11-1 in his career at home, and he’s looking to keep the Falcons in contention. The Buccaneers have proved they can score. Falcons 27, Buccaneers 20.

Seattle at St. Louis

Records: Seahawks 3-7; Rams 1-9

When: Sunday, 10 a.m.

TV: none. DirecTV: 708

Line: Seahawks by 3. Over/Under: 42 1/2

The Rams could pull off the upset at home, in front of, what, 40,000 fans? But it’s more likely that Seattle quarterback Matt Hasselbeck isn’t going to let that happen. Seahawks 28, Rams 23.

Carolina at N.Y. Jets

Records: Panthers 4-6; Jets 4-6

When: Sunday, 10 a.m.

TV: none. DirecTV: 709

Line: Jets by 3. Over/Under: 41 1/2

While Carolina’s Jake Delhomme’s confidence has been inching up, Mark Sanchez’s has to be sagging (six touchdowns and 14 interceptions as the Jets lost five of six). Panthers 24, Jets 17.

Washington at Philadelphia

Records: Redskins 3-7; Eagles 6-4

When: Sunday, 10 a.m.

TV: Channel 11. DirecTV: 710

Line: Eagles by 9. Over/Under: 40 1/2

Quarterback Jason Campbell has never lost in Philadelphia, but the Redskins have had trouble scoring, and that won’t get easier against the NFL’s eighth-ranked defense. Eagles 27, Redskins 12.

Arizona at Tennessee

Records: Cardinals 7-3; Titans 4-6

When: Sunday, 1:15 p.m.

TV: none. DirecTV: 711

Line: Titans by 3. Over/Under: 46

The Titans are a different team with Vince Young at the helm, and his threat to run plays havoc with defenses. The Cardinals have won six of seven, but is Kurt Warner OK? Titans 17, Cardinals 14.

Chicago at Minnesota

Records: Bears 4-6; Vikings 9-1

When: Sunday, 1:15 p.m.

TV: Channel 11. DirecTV: 712

Line: Vikings by 10 1/2 . Over/Under: 47

Jay Cutler leads the league with 18 interceptions, and he won’t have a lot of time to sit back and relax in the pocket in this game. The Vikings have a league-high 36 sacks. Vikings 34, Bears 22.

Jacksonville at S.F.

Records: Jaguars 6-4; 49ers 4-6

When: Sunday, 1 p.m.

TV: none. DirecTV: 713

Line: 49ers by 3. Over/Under: 41 1/2

The last time the Jaguars came to the West Coast, they were smoked by Seattle, 41-0, in Week 5. This is a more mature Jacksonville team, though, and it has won four of five. Jaguars 24, 49ers 21.

Kansas City at San Diego

Records: Chiefs 3-7; Chargers 7-3

When: Sunday, 1 p.m.

TV: none. DirecTV: 714

Line: Chargers by 13 1/2 . Over/Under: 45

A hallmark of Norv Turner’s Chargers is once they get their act together -- usually about a month into the season -- they become very tough to beat. Chargers 27, Chiefs 17.

Pittsburgh at Baltimore

Records: Steelers 6-4; Ravens 5-5

When: Sunday, 5:15 p.m.

TV: Channel 4

Line: Off. Over/Under: Off

It will be tough for Pittsburgh to win this on the road, especially if Ben Roethlisberger (concussion) is less than 100%. Still, the Steelers tend to rise to the occasion. Steelers 21, Ravens 17.

New England at New Orleans

Records: Patriots 7-3; Saints 10-0

When: Monday, 5:30 p.m.

TV: ESPN.

Line: Saints by 2. Over/Under: 56

Noise will be a factor since Saints fans are going crazy over the club-record start. Drew Brees should be able to move the ball on New England the way Peyton Manning did. Saints 30, Patriots 24.
