at Baltimore 7, Toronto 2: The smallest crowd in the 18-year history of Camden Yards -- 10,130 -- watched Jason Berken win his major league debut as the Orioles extended the Blue Jays’ losing streak to eight games.
at Texas 7, New York 3: Chris Davis hit two homers and the Rangers stretched their AL West lead to four games over the Angels.
at Minnesota 5, Boston 2: Justin Morneau’s three-run homer capped a five-run fifth inning against Jon Lester, and Nick Blackburn struck out a career-high seven in seven innings for the Twins.
at Oakland 4, Seattle 3: Jason Giambi’s two-run single capped a four-run rally in the seventh inning. The Mariners’ Ichiro Suzuki extended his hitting streak to 20 games with a run-scoring single in the seventh.
Chicago 4, at Angels 2: Bartolo Colon defeated his old team.
