Re: “Federal banking official retiring,� Feb. 21:

Let’s get this straight. Darrel Dochow helped run Lincoln Savings & Loan into the ground.

He was then given another bite at the financial apple and proceeded to run another bank into the ground.

Did he leave Lincoln off his resume? Is this loser part of the so called “limited talent pool� that the old-boys network would have us believe are the only ones capable of running major corporations?

Here’s an idea: Give these jobs to someone who has actually been successful.
