at Washington 96, New York 89: Antawn Jamison scored 28 points and the Wizards used a late 15-0 run to beat the Knicks and end a six-game losing streak.
at Indiana 111, Toronto 104: The Raptors, who trailed by 24 after three quarters, got as close as 100-99 before a Mike Dunleavy three-point play.
Utah 101, at Memphis 91: Deron Williams had 27 points and 12 assists for the Jazz, which ended a five-game road losing streak.
at Oklahoma City 89, Detroit 79: Kevin Durant scored 32 points as the Thunder won back-to-back games for the first time.
Minnesota 105, at Phoenix 103: Randy Foye’s 20-foot jump shot with 1:58 remaining gave Minnesota the lead for good and the Timberwolves won for the sixth time in seven games.
Milwaukee 129, at Sacramento 122: Michael Redd scored a season-high 44 points and the Bucks withstood a fourth-quarter rally by the Kings.
at Golden State 119, Atlanta 114: Corey Maggette had 24 points and a season-high 15 rebounds for the Warriors.
Orlando 109, at Lakers 103: Dwight Howard’s 25-20 performance was enough to offset Kobe Bryant’s triple-double.
Around the league
The NBA fined Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban $25,000 for “improper interactions with Denver Nuggets players” at halftime and his conduct immediately following the Mavericks’ 99-97 loss Tuesday. Cuban has been penalized about $1.5 million over the years and suspended from three games. . . . The Charlotte Bobcats acquired 7-footer DeSagana Diop from the Mavericks for guard Matt Carroll and former UCLA center Ryan Hollins.
