A 30-year-old Tijuana man pleaded guilty in federal court Tuesday to taking sexually explicit pictures of his 5-year-old daughter.
Juan Carlos Chimal-Moran was arrested after taking the film to a store in San Diego to be developed. He faces a mandatory prison sentence of at least 15 years when he is sentenced April 27.
