Bank of America Corp. will call its securities brokerage business Merrill Lynch Wealth Management and keep the bull logo used in advertisements and investor reports since 1974.
The corporate and investment bank will be called Bank of America Merrill Lynch, the Charlotte, N.C., company said. The bank bought Merrill Lynch & Co. for $24 billion this month.
