Elephant lawsuit: An article in Wednesday’s Section A about a lawsuit against Ringling Bros. circus over its treatment of Asian elephants left out the first name and identification of Tracy Silverman, who was quoted as describing the plaintiffs’ case. She is a lawyer for the Animal Welfare Institute, one of the plaintiffs in the suit.
