Grammy honoree: Neil Young has been chosen as the Recording Academy’s 2010 MusiCares Person of the Year for his musical legacy and his philanthropic work. He’ll be feted Jan. 29 with a concert and dinner, proceeds from which will go to the academy’s wing that provides financial aid to musicians in need.
