“The Bachelorette,” “Here Come the Newlyweds,” “Wipeout” and “I Survived a Japanese Game Show” return for a new summer season of episodes, ABC announced Wednesday.
“The Bachelorette” opens with a two-hour premiere May 18; “Newlyweds” follows May 25; “Wipeout,” is set for May 27, with “Game Show” scheduled for July 8.
Also premiering for the summer months are three new series: “The Goode Family,” an animated comedy -- one of the executive producers and voices is Mike Judge (“King of the Hill”) -- about a family who lives by the motto WWAGD, or “What Would Al Gore Do?,” beginning May 27; “The Superstars,” based on the “Wide World of Sports,” premiering June 23; and “Dating in the Dark,” kicking off July 20, which asks the age-old question, “Is love blind?”
