Man shot dead near freeways
A man was shot and killed early Saturday morning near the interchange of the 710 and 60 freeways, Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies said.
Alfred Rangel, 30, was discovered shortly after 4:45 a.m. at Michigan and McDonnell avenues, Deputy Aura Sierra said.
Rangel had been shot several times in the chest and was pronounced dead at the scene.
