Re “Court rejects new rules for death penalty,” Nov. 22
A state appeals court has done California an important service by paving the way for public review of the proposed lethal injection reforms for executions.
It will give voters an opportunity to learn more about our death penalty system and to consider whether, in its current dysfunctional state, it is worth its exorbitant cost.
