at Arkansas 30, No. 19 Tulsa 23: Dennis Johnson returned a kickoff 96 yards for a touchdown in the third quarter at Fayetteville as Arkansas (4-5) handed Tulsa (8-1) its first loss.
at Mississippi 17, Auburn 7: Jevan Snead threw two touchdown passes and Mississippi (5-4, 3-3) capitalized on mistakes by Auburn (4-5, 2-4) at Oxford.
at Alabama 35, Arkansas State 0: Mark Ingram rushed for 113 yards and two touchdowns for Alabama (9-0) at Tuscaloosa. Arkansas State (4-4) upset Texas A&M; this season.
Kentucky 14, at Mississippi State 13: Randall Cobb passed for one touchdown and rushed for another, and Kentucky (6-3, 2-3) blocked an extra point early in the fourth quarter to beat Mississippi State (3-6, 1-4) at Starkville.
at South Carolina 27, Tennessee 6: Freshman Stephen Garcia threw two touchdown passes and South Carolina (6-3, 3-3) defeated struggling Tennessee (3-6, 1-5) at Columbia.
at No. 15 Louisiana State 35, Tulane 10: Charles Scott rushed for 114 yards and LSU (6-2) scored two touchdowns in 27 seconds late in the second quarter at Baton Rouge. Tulane (2-6) has lost 37 consecutive games to ranked teams.
